Nigerian Constitution is the cornerstone of the relationship between the Federal and State governments and between individuals and those governments. We are vast in the interpretation of the Constitution and its Amendments. Akinboro & Co represents clients whose human rights are denied in health and social care, by abuse or by environmental problems.

The Human Rights department is committed to providing legal support for clients and their families and carers in challenging decisions of public authorities that infringe their rights to medical and social services and their environmental rights. We also act in abuse claims. We enforce the Human Rights Act in new areas to ensure that vulnerable people have the same care and protection as the rest of us.
