A top-notch legal counsel with the firm, Dorothy Achumba obtained her bachelor degree in Law from University of Abuja. She has been involved with active legal practice with vast litigation experience at original and appellate levels. She has a strong passion for legal practice with particular interest in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Adjudication, Litigation and Corporate practice.
Before Joining Akinboro & Co, She has worked with Lord Stone Communication Limited, Federal Ministry of justice Abuja, and J. D. Ephraim & Co. She has been part of several seminars and training, including Access To Justice and Cash Flow Management both organised by DFID 2001 and also series of workshops organised by the Alpha Juris Continuing legal education series between 2007 & 2008.
She is a member Nigerian Barr Association[NBA] Abuja branch and was appointed Member Electoral Review Committee. She's currently the Head of Chambers in Akinboro & Co
